Making The Use Of Civil Society’s Power In Preventing Hate Crimes[1]

 
 

HRRA will conduct several activities for preventing hate crimes  occurred  due to religious and ethnical intolerance  in 2009-2010.  For this purpose  HRRA   will organize roundtable meetings in seven regions of turkey to maintain a civic cooperation for preventing discrimination,  and hate crime by discussing  current issues, prejudices and demands  in the context of human rights with the participation of religious and ethnical parties representing the majority and, representatives of religious, ethnical minority groups. The results of those meetings will be collected as a  final report.
